3D

Representing the reality through graphic signs was one of the most important achievements of human being. We all remember the worldwide emotion when archaeologists and paleoontologists discovered the beautiful graffiti of Lascaux Cave in France!

Today the Technology Age in which we live has shown a rapid development of communication and media making the 3D method of modelling objects applicable in different fields, especially in scientific and multimedia communication.

YouGIS service provides 3D modeling starting from different sources like simple sketches, autoCAD files or any other type of source. The final result can be still images, 360-degree video of the model, a walk through of the designed object or an animation short video. In case of video other activities are needed such as video and sound editing.

This is a 360 degree view of a building which was designed and rendered using a short video clip. This was then edited and sound was added to it along with text and other images:

In order to achieve the best result it is important to discuss details and delivering time prior the work begin. Making videos and animation require more time then making still images in terms of rendering and editing the final product. A 360 degree view could be an easier way of showing simple objects and simple buildings.

A good gallery of high resolution images sometimes can be as effective as animations.

See below some images from the same project:

Some images made for a company called SIA :

The following images were made for a company based in Dublin called Visitvirtually some images:

It has to be said that animations and camera moving scenes still remain the most impressive way of representing complex objects and complex buildings.
